Easy...Take the plastic plugs out of the side of the panel the grill is mounted on. Remove the TWO torx screws for the steel with black plastic parcel shelf holder. Remove the parcel shelf holder. Then remove all the clips for the felt trunk liner and pull liner away from side wall carefully where the speaker is. Remove the panel clips form the passenger compartment (where the armrests are for the rear passengers). Now move the speaker grill panel (sgp) carefully forward and aft while lifting upwards from the inside. Key is that the sgp has an 2 upward-facing lips tucked under the stiff headliner. once it is loose, pull seatbelt all the way out and clamp with a vicegrip so you can move the sgp panel aside. Voila, all but one nut for the speakers are exposed. The nut under the headliner can be accessed easy with a thin wrench...To put that one back I used a bit of tape to stick the nut on the wrench so it can be manipulated without loosing it...Good luck!
