I'd bet that you still have a vacuum leak in there somewhere; that's a classic lean-running symptom. The O2 sensor isn't put into the control loop for at least 5 minutes so, if it bogs when it's cold, it's most likely related to air flow.
Check all of the rubber bushings that the vacuum nipples go into on the intake manifold and valve cover and replace them if the nipples pull out easily. They tend to get oily and shrink.
Check the vacuum nipples for cracks and replace as necessary.
If you haven't replaced the valve cover gasket recently, it could be a giant vacuum leak.
