seals most of small coolant leaks.
If we have a car in with questinable head leak, the customer have to leave the car overnight so that we can keep the pressure on through the cooldown cycle. Most of the time the leak wont appear until engine is cold.
The engine block wont warp but the 2,1 L engine block cooroded heavily because of incompatible castiron and coolant.
I have never seen any 2L engines being so badly corroded as all the 2,1L I have done headgasket on.
First and formost, are you loosing coolant? If so and you don't see any leak on the ground, yes the headgasket is bad.
