Spoted a very nice 1988 900T at the bone yard I could not spot any rust or tears whatsoever. On the window it was written drive in unit. It had two perfect headlight washer wippers. Because I did not have the proper tools and did not want to cause damage to the Euro lights ( also perfect) I asked at the front office if I could purchase the whole car - the anwser was no with the explanation that they can make more $$ parting it out. Went back a few days later with the proper tools and the headlight wippers were gone as well as the lights, bumpers, brakes, seats, hood, doors, and more. I expect that they bought this car for a couple of hundred dollars and made a neat profit.
