86-94 conv is the same except a few updated things, like the hydralic piston and the excenter bolt kit that you are dealing with.

The other place where I do some adjustments is where the first bow is hinged. You know when opening the top, the first bow dubbel folds on top of the second bow. It is a couple of stop screws there to help the front lip being raised. But those two screws are more for making a nice straight line of the main frame so that the window seals good to the main frame seal.

It sounds to me though that your top is pretty accurate and as turbotom mentioned, you can keep on adjusting til you die and still notget it right.

When the dowelpins gouge out the aluminum windshield frame from slamming into it every time, than an adjustment could be good.
