Ok. AMM glow test is inconclusive so you need to swap in a known good one. But since you have a fresh tune up(OEM rotor and NGK BPS7es or BPS7ev plugs right??), maybe you have a turbo/intake plumbing leak. I would remove all the plumbing and carefully inspect for cracks. Blow and suck on the hose that goes down to the turbo bypass valve just off the turbo to make sure there is no diaphram leak. The grommets in the intake for the vac/pres hoses can seal under vacuum but leak under pressure, but this seems like a big leak so I suspect the turbo plumbing.
