I've been a saab tech for over twenty years and never replaced flywheel bolts. just torque them carefully and they are fine. if you put the pilot bearing in too far it will get pushed into the proper place by the raised portion on the end of the crankshaft. Be sure to use blue loctite on the slave cylinder bolts too.
