I know chrisx and Dick in Falls Church have this figured out, but anyone please feel free to chime in here...

I've been reading about filtration, synthetics, and things to keep the car running forever... The dual filter thing looks like a sound thing to put on my new-to-me 1994 C900TC Comm Ed as I plan to have this car for YEARS to come (20+ years). I bought it because I don't have kids yet, but probably will in about 2 years. I wanted a ragtop in the garage, owned free and clear, before having kids. Now that I have it, I have to do what I can to keep it in tip top shape. So, on to the questions.

Where do you guys mount the filter block on a C900T?

Does the kit come with all I will need (other than filters) to mount it there?

How often do you change the oil with this setup?

How often do you change the filters with this setup?

Do you change both filters, or one more frequently?

Do you/can I run this with Mobil 1 or another synthetic? (just curious)

Does the "preferred plan" offer about 25% off? More? Less? I'm sure it would pay off on the first order...

Can i run one of the Amsoil filters in place of the OEM Saab filter and get similar results of the dual filter setup? (i.e. run like this on my 9-3 until I decide on the lease, or run like this on the SPG before I eventually sell it) I don't want to blow $200/car on a car that I may not have in a year.
