Darn, that's cold.

It's been a few years since I moved from the great, white North, but here's what I'd try.

I'd take out the plugs and see if they're wet again. If they are wet and you have an extra set of plugs, put them in, take out the fuse for the fuel pump and crank it over a few times. If you don't have an extra set of plugs and they're wet, dry them off and put them over a heating vent to throroughly dry them. If they aren't wet, put them back in and try the same thing.

Take a wire off of one of the plugs, put it on a screwdriver, have a friend crank it, put the screwdriver near ground and see if you have spark.

Have you put drygas in it?

If it's cold but humid under the hood (salty water on the spark plug wires), the spark plug wires may conduct the spark to the engine ground. Time to replace them or, for a temporary fix, spry them with hair spray or lacquer for a bit of insulation.

This will give you as place to begin.
