Power Window Problem...HELP!

I have an '88 900 Turbo Convertible. Yesterday the front windows were
partially down. When trying to put them up I got nothing. Of course I'm in
Upstate NY...it was 50+ yesterday and today it was snowning. I pulled up the
pack of switches from the console and tried some swapping. If I plug the
rear window switches into the front, it still controls the rear windows. If
I plug the front windows into the rear switches I still get nothing. Tonight
I disassembled one of the front window switches, cleaned it & put it back
together. Still did not work for the front windows, works fine for the back
(wow, I didn't break it!). Any suggestions? If I saw correctly it's the same
fuse for all the windows and the fuse is fine. Both front windows stopped
working at the same time so I highly doubt the motors went. Is there a way
to at least get the windows up manually in the meantime? Many thanks...
