LH System..USA
If spark is ok and fuel pump is ok...then two things to check assuming no gas is being injected ethier for cold start or warm run....
1. Fuel rail pressure regulator is stuck open..thus little pressure to the injectors
2. injectors are not power on the + side of their terminals...they get power by the same relay as the fuel pump (which is working) but via a different set of contacts...check voltage between relay pin 87 (blue/red wires) and the car body...should be 12 vdc while turnig the car over...that wire (blue/red) powers the positive side of the injectors, the positive side of the O2 sensor (you can test there) and the idle speed adjustment motor...lots of things don't happen if the relay contacts here are loose or
don't work. If no voltage you could probably jump the blue/red to the relay pins 87B (grey/red wires) to get you going.
3. The control unit for the LH system has failed internally for the injector control.
