actually, you do not want to break anything! Get all of teh gaskets Tom suggests before hand. I would suggest taking one of the head bolts to the hardware store and getting a long bolt with the same thread and cut the head off and grind a slot for a screwdriver so that you can easily align the head and then remove teh 'alignment pin' after you are done. I followed the Townsend procedure and had no surprises. Don't worry too much about the chain falling back in the block, just use a coat hanger to retrieve it from the sump if it does fall. Leave the exh manifold on the head and get a friend to help lift it out and in. When he says leave the turbo bolts loose, he means it - very loose. The turbo drain will not go in unless it is very loose. Once it is aligned, then tighten it up. good luck!
