Saabs in scrap yards...I wish (more)

I wish we had Saabs in scrap yards, that would be heaven for me, unfortunately in Western Australia Saabs are relatively rare, especially in junk yards, however that does not mean that Saabs are all loved and cared for.
I think that most of the ones that die usually end up in someone’s backyard because they are relatively rare and the owners think that it may be worth restoring or sell it to someone who thinks they may restore it in the future.
Mind you my mechanic does have a small version of heaven in a warehouse, I even get the keys to access this heaven by myself occasionally. The shed is full of wrecked and unlicensed Saabs, including a 9008v turbo with factory intercooler. I usually end up walking out with a boot full of stuff I was never planning to grab...
The sad thing is that there are two import 9000s (including a full pressure 2.3 Turbo, with no Cat!!) cars in the shed that were bought as wrecks (from Singapore?) that are in far too good a conditition to wreck. In fact one of them even turned up to a SAAB picnic in the hills, (where did those license plates come from??) but unfortunately as they where bought as a wreck they can never be legally licensed in Western Australia.
Oh well
