The only truly tough part is the wiring... the front corner lights use substantially different connectors between the years, and wiring them up is a bit of a pain. But, the mechanical stuff is truly a no-branier. I totally agree with Keith that you need to do front a rear bumpers together or the result is gonna be strange looking. Such an operation is probably going to be pretty pricey, since getting good f&r bumpers plus all four bumper extenions is *not* cheap - I'd expect to pay in the area of $500+ for them, and another couple hundred for the lighting. Personally, I'd take half that money an invest in some nice H4 (euro-spec) front lights, and some mesh (for a mesh grille "conversion") then spend the rest on maintenance. But that's me. ;)
