It *is* in the Bentley, I was reading it last night. It is really not that difficult. AFAIK, the only way to do it on the earlier 80's 900s is at the e-brake handle. I used a ratchet with an extension on it so that I would not have to remove the entire console. IIRC, it is a half inch ratchet. 12mm would be approximately the same, I believe.
In my car the bolt on the left adjusted the right caliper, and vice versa. I am not sure if this is standard or if someone reversed them.
To do it properly, it would require jacking up the car and removing the wheels. You use a gauge feeler to judge the clearance at the caliper. It is suppose to be 0.5mm. I will spare details, as it is all in the manual.
You could reference Townsend additionally, I would imagine. Had I the manual handy I would cite the specific page.
Good luck.
