put a piece of wood between the shaft and the radiator. then use a small bolt to thread into the end of the shaft. i think you can use an m8. then use a crow bar or large screwdriver to pry against the bolt. use a bumping motion to dislodge it and it will eventually pop. just make sure not to ram it into the radiator (hense the board).
