What method are you using? Pressure bleeding? Gravity bleeding?
It might be that there's some rust or other material clogging the bleeder screw. You should be able to get more than a few drops out of it, even gravity bleeding.
It could also be that the brake hose for that corner is swollen up internally and not letting much flow through.
Try unscrewing the bleeder nipple all the way and cleaning it out with a drill bit or something similar and see if that has any effect. Keep a finger or some other plug in the bleeder hole to keep all your brake fluid from dribbling out.
