As a just-in-case I picked up a clutch disc from the boneyard '89 900S that I pulled the slave cylinder from. This turned out to be a good idea becuase it was the same diameter as the one in mine and had lots of wear left in it. Mine was about 1/4 mm away from having the rivets gouging the flywheel.
I got the whole thing sewed up at 11:15 last night. It's like a different car. It's amazing what changing out a non-turning pilot bearing (among a few other things) will do for shifting.
