Haven't been there, but from reading my manual it appears there should be two bearings in this outfit. The usual procedure is: Jack up and remove wheel. Remove caliper and disc. Take off grease lid with a screwdriver. Remove central nut. Then you should be able to take off the hub. This may cause some trouble, but if your bearings are worn, it should virtually fall off. From what I read you should have two conical bearings and a seal ring on the inside. It looks to me it's the inside bearing that'll cuase trouble. The seal ring wears and dirt gets in. Probably you'll be left with the inner ring of the bearing on the axis. I think it'll come off by gently or not too gently tapping it on the sides with a hammer and wiggle it off. There's also a special tool for it, but I forgot the name. I don't know about replacement parts. It seems to me replacement with new type is not possible, the axis looks different.
