I can assure you my teenage driving methods are quite tame in comparison to the methods that drive insurance up. Comming from a highschool of 3500 i have seen alot of teenage driving. nothing i did was illegal...theres the difference. If going somewhat over the speedlimit inorder to get around a car going below the speedlimit is illegal...then arrest me but im not gonna hang out in the wrong lane of traffic for 5 min while my speed differental of 5mph slowly pulls my forward. dont get me wrong it was a perfectly safe time to pass a car....broken yellowline on my side for pelnty of distance, and no cars oncoming within 200yards.
about the volvo at the light. that guy can get a hefty ticket, street racing is defined as the prevention or another cars attempt to pass. no joke, i read the law. so in reality that acura tried to "race" me. and so did the volvo. at that light i was in a legitimate lane of traffic... i never broke any speed limit....i didnt cut anyone off...perfectly legal move, honestly i would do it infront of a police officer.
