have you run the car since you juiced it all up? if you hosed down he throddle and intake it could be the latent cleaner solvent taking a while to burn off. my first time cleaning my intake i wigged when the throddle wouldn't come back down. drove it to work the next a.m. and was fine by the time I arrived.
the other obious item is to verify that you have the hoses tight (using clamps?) or that you didn't knock a vac line loose or off when cleaning.
