the bypass valve is located at the front of the engine, obscured beneath some hoses, and to the right of the turbo (as you look at the motor from the front of the car). it's a black plastic cylindrical device perhaps 1.5-2 inches in diameter, and about as long. A vacuum hose attaches to a nipple at one end. You can follow the hose from where it attaches to a nipple on the intake manifold up and over the motor and down to the valve.
I have never changed one, but it is likely just a matter of removing some of the surrounding plumbing to gain access to it. Do you have a Bentley repair manual? If not, get one asap from a Saabnet sponsor.
The valve is a Bosch part; the one you've found on the 'net will be fine. Some people use one for a Viggen (Bosch # 0 280 142 110). If you have increased your boost, you may wish to consider this one.
