I just did a clutch job. (91). Don't forget that the old style throwout bearing eventually starts rattling at idle. If you replace the slave cylinder, you get the new spring-loaded one that makes that rattle disappear.
Check out getting a slave incl. in a clutch kit. Mine came with the slave. Shop price was under $200 w/slave incl.
