Yes the head might have entrapped gas in the head passages, so dislodge it attach a small bleed hose to the nipple run it back to the expansion tank and open the bleeder the correct way, Start the engine wait for the thermostadt to open so the coolant will be hot gun the engine for more flow and with a clear tygon hose yo will see the entrapped air being released from the head. Close the bleed screw, & store the hose for the next time.
No burns ever
