To check if the hoses are cleared, get a drinking straw and a pitcher of water. Place one end of straw in the drain, fill mouth with water, and squirt into straw. With a clear hose, you should see water leaving the underside of car. If not, clearing is needed. This is not difficult as long as nothing large is lodged in the hoses. If the headliner is out, you can disconnect the hoses from the interior and run wire (or something similar) through. Without removing the headliner, it may be difficult to run anything through rear drains, due to the angle. Most likely, it is not the drains, but the main seal between sunroof and frame. To check, you need the headliner out. Take the car to a brushless car wash, and see where water is coming in from. Most likely it will leak from above hoses. If this is the case, your seal is shot. I had the same problem, but it only happens if I take it through a brushless wash, so I did not replace it (saab sells it for around $75). Instead, I bought some silcone, and ran my finger around the seal, what I could reach anyway. However, if water leaks when it rains, I would replace the seal before installing a new headliner.
