Ok so the big turn knob you see to the upper left on your dash is for the park lights and headlighs only. It turns only those things on and off. Next locate the left power mirror control. To the right of it is another knob which turns. This controls the brightness of your interior lights. There is one more knob (Which doesnt change anything on my car but it might on yours.)But this is located to the right of your trip reset button. This knob turns it is suppose to change the brightness of the instrument panels. If I remember correctly. All of my dash lights went out once. I checked the fuse and it was fine I took it to the dealer and apparently there is another fuse in the dash It's self which is located in the left side of the dash I saw the mech. remove my left speaker to get to it.
