Am I confused here? I haven't taken off my front bumper yet...but I just got my car lowered and now I want to paint my SPG ground effects kit that's been sitting around for a while and throw them on. But I grabbed the front bumper extension piece the other day just to set it up near my car to get some ideas. I noticed that at the top front of the piece it edged up. This looks to me that it is to replace that little lip that rests right underneath the headlight and grille covers. But that lip looks attached to the rest of the front airdam. Is it? Do I have to remove the entire front airdam off my '84 900T in order to fit the front bumper extension SPG ground effect piece from an '85 SPG onto my car? Did those early SPG sets come with 10 pieces or 11? I don't want to start all of this if I have to take off my factory airdam cause I think it would look silly to run my car without an airdam. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know I rambled on this one...but I just wanted to be clear on everything. Thanks again!
