Hi all,
I have some problem with my SAAB.
When the engine is warm, it will idle at 900 rpm, then go down, up,
and eventually it dies. No big problem starting.
Further, when i press on the pedal, it hesitates/momentarily dies
an then comes back to life with a jerk. This is especially bad
on low rev, such as starting at a green light. Very frustrating.
Had it serviced twice, big authorized shop, first time they changed spark plugs and cleaned some actuator, which made things work fine for a few weeks.
Second time they went somewhat deeper, claiming that fuel pressure
and the readings from the exhaust are ok, and said that the AMM
was faulty. They were sooo certain about it, so I got an used AMM,
(BOSCH 0 282 212 013). No improvement.
What to do next???? I'm a bit tired of shelling out heaps of money
on shops that dont fix my problem, but am also far from a SAAB
engine expert.
Have some general knowledge of electronics but thats it.
Please aid :-)
