I have the identical car (91 N/A 900S 138k), and I believe the identical problem. I have had slight hesitation at moderate RPMs for several months which has been steadily getting worse. Lately I've had the exact idle symptoms as you describe when pulling up to a stoplight. Finally, I've had the car not start when warm, only recently. One factor may be that I drive only intermittently, typically only on weekends and didn't drive for about a month before the most recent problems. I was hoping that it might clear itself up, but that hasn't happened, so I took it to the mechanic this morning. Of course it hasn't given him any trouble in his drive. Since it is the same problem as you are facing, please keep me posted. I will too.
