I have used PBR deluxe for years with no squeaks ever. If the pad backing surfaces are treated with anti-squeal goop or silicone grease, and the caliper sliding surfaces/pins are lubed with silicone grease, there should be no squealing.
Neither the PBR metal masters nor the deluxes will generate brake dust. The metal masters need to get hot before they stop fast and give a harder pedal for normal driving. The deluxe pads give a softer pedal and "grippier" feel under normal driving conditions.
There has been lots of negative comment on PBR's, but I think the problems are due to lack of proper lubrication. i personally like the pbr's because I hate to be constantly cleaning the brake dust off my wheels
