My SPG shows up as "Arlov" using the vin decoder at http://www.secret-secret.com/turbo/DIY/vin.html
My SPG's Vin Char # 11 = 3 (Arlöv, Sweden)
Do you have a 6 or 7 in that VIN position?
Does the label in the door say the country of final assembly? I'll check mine...
Does your window glass say Finland on it? My 1994 C900TC was built there, and the glass says Finland. That may not be a true test, though. All ragtops were build there (as far as I know), but they could just ship swedish glass over for the hardtops...
I know that Viggen and all SAAB convertibles (along with some Boxters) are now built in Finland by Valmet Automotive, but what C900's were made there? What about 99's or 90's?
