That depends, do you mind trashing the old parts?

If not, I hear the easiest thing to do is cut all the fingers with a cutoff wheel, or saw thru the slave w/ sawsalL (but dont forget to remove the steel shaft inside first) then you can take it all out in pcs. If the slave is bad anyway, this is what I would do.
If you are trying to save the parts....well I found someone to lend me the tool. It's a pretty basic tool, could be made at home if you are crafty and have a welder. It consists of a 3-4ft steel bar with a fork on the end. That fork goes between the throw-out bearing and slave. Then you need a fulcrum to grab onto the pressure plate(without slipping off one of the three flats that expose the disc to your view.). As you pull on the bar it pushes the throw-out bearing into the fingers to compress them. It takes some muscle, even with the 3 ft extension, but it will go.
My advise is to cut thru the slave if you have a sawsall. You will have to clean all the chips out of the area, but still easier than making a tool.... Then get a new one from europarts.com or get a junkyard one and rebuild.
If you can get it all out, there are several ways to compress the fingers once out, so you can get it back together. One guy suggests putting the PressPlate on the ground under your jacked up car, then put the ol' Throw-out Bearing on the fingers, add wood blocks for spacers and lower a wheel down slowly to compress.....
Do a search for more details on slave removal etc on this board, there is quite a bit of info.
good luck...
