It pains me to look at a car as beautiful as yours.
Gut instinct: Ensure the brake fluid has been bled recently, then look to see if the pistons are moving, physically, while a friend pumps the pedal. Don't remove anything, just try to exercise the pistons a bit. After that, if they are not moving, check for siezed caliper hardware.
Beyond that, I don't know any tricks aside from giving the fronts a good lube job while you're there, then look into replacement calipers if they're too far gone.
It's obvious your car has never seen road salt. Keep it that way!
