If the Hall-sensor is not providing a good signal, then the fuel pump won't run. We're not saying the pump itself is bad, but if it IS running, then that means the following things...
1) The Hall-sensor is OK.
2) The LH fuel system ECU is happy with the tachometer signal from EZK.
3) Then you can concentrate on the wiring to the coil/amplifier & maybe the coil itself. (Corroded grounds near AIC valve??)
Remember, the pump doesn't run unless the engine is actually cranking. You may have to open the gas cap or remove the trunk floor in order to hear it.
If the pump doesn't run, then did you do anything on the LH side of the engine? I once pinched the wire from the Hall-sensor underneath the alternator bracket. The signal shorted to ground & nothing worked. All I had to do was fix the insulation on the wires.
