I'd start a little differently, though. Does the tach needle move at all when you crank it? If so, you have primary signal to the ignition system, the amplifier and most probably the FI ECU. If not, you have either the bad connector RS mentions or a bad hall sensor or a bad amplifier or maybe EZK module, though I think this will still allow it to run, (you will get the flashing 4 times of the CE light when it is running if this is bad). Have someone crank it and hold the coil wire near the engine block, it should spark across a small gap. If not, you have a bad coil. If so, you have spark and compression all you need now is fuel. Pull a plug, Is it wet with fuel and smell like gas? As RS says, the hall effect/amplifier feeds a signal to the FI ECU to tell it to squirt, If the plugs are not wet or gassy, you are not getting fuel. Either the relay or the pump itself is bad or you are out of gas. Good luck
