Look at the tachometer. I am assuming this is a manual transmission. Note what speed you are driving at exactly 3000 RPM. Divide this by 3. That tells you your speed per 1000 RPM. Then when you are driving above 85, look at the tachometer and multiply by the speed per 1000 RPM. Example:

At 3000 RPM in 5th gear, you are doing 74. 74 divided by 3 equals 24.67. Then look at the tach at what ever speed above 85 you want to know. Say you get up to 4800 RPM. Then your speed is 4.8 times 24.6 or 118MPH.

Which by the way is approximately the top speed of your car and way too fast for the cheap tires you have on the car.
