Get a printout from a 4 wheel alignment. If there is a problem, that will define it.
Get bushings, front and rear inspected before the alignment. No point in measuring things if the bushings are bogus.
If the tire wear pattern is created by excessive negative camber on the front, the when the tires are rotated to the rear, the rear end might have problems with those tires even if its in spec.
