I wouldn't worry too much about a used Turbo head vs. an NA head. They tend to be quite durable and reliable. One thing to keep in mind about using an NA head is that you will have to swap cams from your old head to the new one. *Generally speaking* installing cams that have broken into one head on another isn't a good idea - wear patterns are different, tolerances are different. I don't think I'd go this route unless I had no other choice.
