I have a 1991 Turbo Cov. Same problem..slow drain on battery. If car sits for over a week..nearly dead. My local "guy" suggested that I inadvertantly threw the little switch near the ignition key that controls the ignition key lamp..located under the console that shines under the key switch...It is a three position rocker switch with "1", "O", "2" on it...It needs to be in the "O" position to keep from draining the battery. Truth is that I was always accidentally hitting that damn little switch, and leaving that little light on..It draws enough to be a problem over a few days. ALSO check the light in the trunk compartment. It can be accidentally hit by any type of cargo being loaded to cause the light to stay on.
