Now that I have the new trans in, I was wondering what kind of tips people have to prolong their trans.
-Right now it has about 300 miles on it and after the first 1,000 miles I am going to run Honda MTF . . . any thoughts on that?
-I already put it in first gear before I put in reverse
-I also started doing the H shifting thing
-I heard that putting it in second before first aligns the shift forks, is that true? Should I be doing that?
Any other tips?
Thanks for any help!
