Reference the picture below.
The clutch master is below the brake/clutch reservoir. Stand at the driver's side, look under the tank with the yellow cap (as shown in the pic). The master comes out of the firewall and has 2 hoses. Hose #1 connects from the brake/clutch fluid tank (yellow cap in pic) to the clutch master. You can actually see this hose in the picture, it's just below the cap. Hose #2 is a metal line that runs from the master to the slave.

The slave: follow the metal line. In the picture, look at the aluminum pipe that dives down below the L-shaped aluminum pipe (the aluminum pipe closest to the radiator). This pipe is above the clutch slave. In fact, it has to come out to bleed the clutch. If you don't have a turbo, you don't have this pipe. In fact, if you don't have a turbo, the job is much simpler as you're not going to pull the intercooler to get easy access.
