I'd say the C900 is the easiest by far. T-O bearing & pilot bearing, certainly, because they don't cost much & they really do wear out.
But if you take a chance & use the old pressure plate, what's the real risk? Everybody gripes about not having to re-do this job, but c'mon, you don't have to remove the transmission to do it! It's the easiest clutch in the world to replace. You can even remove the plastic bellhousing cover & inspect the pressure plate & slave cylinder really good, then put it back on & go order the parts. Any other car you can't even see that stuff till the transmission's out.
Notwithstanding what I just said, when I did my clutch, I bought the kit with PP in it, just cause it was more easily available at the time & the price was right...
