Anyone replace convertible door seals?

That's is my last resort on this car. Still getting dampness underneath the carpet. I have got it to the point where it doesn't soak up through the carpet and the dampness underneath is minimal after a night of hard rain but.....the car is otherwise close as it can be to perfect and this is making my brain squirm. I've adjusted windows and treat the seals with wurth rubber care regularly but still.....water
Anyway, I'm guessing that the seals are a dealer part???? Any tricks for istallation? I haven't looked too closely at how they are attached to the top frame.
What kills me is I had the carpets out twice before about this time last year because the rear footwell passenger side was filling up. Finally found the culprit (quarter panel drains clogged). I hosed the car down when the carpets were out and the front floors never got wet. Uggggghhhh!!
Just a little rant from an anal, obsessive compulsive SAAB owner.
Any thoughts appreciated.

BTW....the '90 has a little leak too!!! Ugggghhh...again!
