You're talking about the shorter tube that goes from the bottom of the turbo down into the block, right?
Yes, I have a lot of experience with that little bugger. There is a O ring on the lower part where it plugs into the block. On my car, this O ring was toast and was leaking oil out everywhere so much that I couldnt tell where the leak was. This o ring can be ordered from sobstory, its like $1 or something.
The hard part is getting the tube off, then back in. I resorted to loosening the exhaust manifold. This gave me some slack to get the tube out and in.
On the top part where it bolts into the turbo, this is one of the MOST ANNOYING BOLTS IVE EVER WORKED WITH. You will need a very long extension (1/2") and the 13mm socket (or is it 12mm?). While lining up the lower tube, you have to also line up the bolt with that long extension you will be using. I believe I also used one of those universal swivel things you can get to make the socket extension go around corners. They are pretty cheap. I've done most of the repairs on these cars, and this rates right up the with the most annoying.
Rob
ps when you order the new o-ring and gaskets from sobstory or other company, the gaskets are like 50 cents and they are easy to screw up. I recommend buying like 3 of each cause its good to have a couple extra on hand in case something happens later.
