I'm not quite sure about this yet, but I figured I'd gauge interest...

I went last week down to Hayward to visit Cosmic Marketing, a US distributor for Rota Wheels. Japanese, blah blah blah. My roommate was buying a set of wheels from them for his Focus. As you may or may not know, Foci share bolt patterns with '88+ 900s and 9000s. These wheels would bolt right up to my SPG. *Only* problem is a +45 offset, which is a teeny bit much for a 900, and giant spacers would be needed to fix that. These particular wheels were custom-ordered for a bunch of Focus owners, and the guy at Cosmic said they'd be happy to look into doing a batch for Saabs.

Look at the pic below - it's big, be patient. Other finishes are available, but I kinda like the black center with polished lip. They're 17x7" and weigh under 17lbs each. That's LIGHT. Price was about $140 per wheel, which is CHEAP.

I am not saying this is going to happen, but I'm just curious if others would be interested in having a run of these wheels made for Saabs. You can respond here or email me. If there is enough interest (as arbitrarily defined by me :) I'll call up Cosmic and see what they'd need to get to work.
