While I think they may be 8mm with either a 1.0 or a 1.25 pitch, I am not sure. BTW I think there are three bolts. You might remove the third bolt and match it. I know you can get to them through the pulley holes, but it is very tricky.
However, I would recommend removing the pump to replace the bolts. I know the thought of doing it in the cold is dreadful. But I have a hunch it's faster having tried to replace bolts with the pump in the car. Getting the threads started is a nightmare. If threaded you can tighten them with the right length socket, but it's a big if.
To pull the pump you:
1)unhook and plug the big supply hose to the bottom of the pump, and unbolt the hard line junction above the motor mount.
2) remove tensioner and pump mounting bracket bolts backnear firewall.
2)put a jack with a wood block under the trans to support engine. Remove passenger side motor mount upper bracket to the block(not the mount).
3)The pump will then swing right out and you can use the attached hardline as a handle.
4) The above only takes 1/2 hour, but you will get dirty messing with the supply hose under the car. But even the thought of power steering fluid dripping in my eyes whil lying on the frozen ground does not discourage my reco to pull the pump.
