All of them depend on each other. The fuel pump "wiring" may be ok...reason..
the ignition control module takes the pulses from the Hall sensor and passes it on to the fuel pump relay through an amplifier module. If the fuel pump relay doe not "see" that the ignition module is firing the plugs, it depowers the fuel pump. This is to prevent flooding the engine with raw gas without spark.....I really think you have one of the following items gone bad...
The distributor hall sensor and/or wiring to it.
The ignition control module
The pulse amplifier
The fuel pump relay (is seeing the pulses but is not working)
These items are connected in series electrically speaking....
