You know, I don't know the answer to this. I would suspect yes, but I know virtually nothing about EZK. With a 10.1:1 compression ratio, you'd expect they'd like higher octane gas, but the timing is so conservative on them it doesn't seem to matter. I've run them all in my '86 S, and it seems it likes 89 the best. With 87 on hot does I do get some knocking, and with 91 (best we've got in Cali) it gets poorer fuel economy. With 89, I get no knocking even in summer hear and get a solid 30-32mpg.
