If the key doesn't manually open a lock..probably frozen with water as suggested.
If manual OK, but power feature not OK, or power has mind of its own, it might be module(and loose wire to printed circuit as suggested), or you might have an intermittent short in the wiring. The lock on the driver side has a switch with 3 wires (lock, unlock, common). This wire harness goes through door jam and loops just ahead of driver door in fender well. Here it is exposed to the elements and the insulation likes to rot leading to crazy and intermittent operation. Inspect the 3 wire harness and connector. If OK and not a water problem, suspect module.
