Head, complete with cams and valves, injectors, etc... They do go bad aside from short block.
pulleys, esp A/C pulley
Vibration dampenner/main pulley. If in good shape. If not, just buy a new one.
hooter valve, as they frequently go bad.
intake manifold, ( so you can paint it or polish it)
Heck, if it was just a bearing, keep everything and learn to rebuild your own. If hone marks are good, then short block must be in decent shape, aside from bearing. Bearings and connecting rods and crankshafts are cheap enough and easy to get. Take your time and in a couple of years if you see a great car with a blown engine, you are set. That is what I did, and I just bought an AWESOME convert, threw in the engine, and have never looked back.
